AGREEMENT

By submitting this application for residence admission, I acknowledge that it is specifically for the indicated term. I declare that the particulars on this registration form are accurate and I have not suppressed any material fact. Any misrepresentation or omission of information will render me ineligible for student accommodation and may lead to disciplinary measures, including the cancellation of accommodation and possible involvement of other authorities.


In the event that I am found guilty of breach of contract, I hereby agree that management can terminate my accommodation contract and request me to vacate the hostel premises immediately without refund.


I consent to comply with the requirements of the residency agreement set by Sambridge Hostel. My personal data will only be stored for the purpose of my residency at the Hostel. I agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of Sambridge Hostel.


In the event of any changes to the provided information prior to my residency at Sambridge Hostel, I will promptly inform the management.


I understand that the service fee accompanying this application is non-refundable.
